OK, this is the hardware side of modding a PSone Screen to take a VGA input
Don't attempt this unless you've already
done some massive research and you also know your vid card you're gonna be using
is compatible with the special timings needed using powerstrip. MUST
SUPPORT C-SYNC or COMPOSITE SYNC. Also must be able to do a 640x480i
resolution.
