Cut the first five wires, starting from Pin 1 (blue pin on end)

Then mark and strip those wires
The marks are in order 1-4

Now, the blue wire will go to VGA pins 13 and 14
White Wire 1 will go to VGA Pin 1
White Wire 2 Will go to VGA Pin 2
White Wire 3 will go to VGA Pin 3
White Wire 4 will go to the rest of the VGA Pins as Ground
